What counts as a connection?
One customer organization linked to one identity provider or one directory, in production, once it is active: from its first sign-in, or its first synced user. A customer using both SSO and Directory Sync is two.
Is the sandbox really free?
Yes. Up to 5 sandbox connections for building and testing, no card needed. Connections your customers sign in with run in production, where you pay per connection.
What if a customer churns mid-month?
Remove their connection and billing stops that day. Connections are billed by the day, both ways.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No. Monthly, no platform fee, cancel whenever you like. Invoicing and annual terms are there if procurement asks.
How does moving from WorkOS work?
Import your organizations for free and swap the WorkOS SDK for ours. Anyone who hasn't moved yet is forwarded to WorkOS, so nobody's sign-in breaks. Each IT admin adds a new app with our guide, and billing starts the day they switch.
Do you have volume pricing?
$25 is already our volume price. Past 250 connections, talk to us about an SLA and a dedicated channel.
